Rebuilding an Inclusive Third Sector with the Living Wage
Join us during Living Wage Week 2020 to:

Celebrate the 2000 third sector organisations who are already doing the right thing by workers and their families by paying a real Living Wage, and the 54 Living Wage Funders, who through the power of their funding, enable not-for-profit organisations to provide a decent standard of living. It is these organisations who will help us to recover and rebuild a stronger, fairer society.

The event will also look to:

• Make the case for why the Living Wage should be part of any strategy to build a more sustainable and equitable sector and society
• Draw attention to the disproportionate impacts of low pay and insecure work on minoritised groups and highlight the Living Wage Accreditation as a simple and practical step that employers can take in addressing some of these disparities and building a more diverse and inclusive organisation and sector
• Explore the specific challenges and opportunities currently faced by the Third Sector in implementing a Living Wage and Living Hours, and what needs to happen to ensure that the promises of the Living Wage campaign can be delivered in the sector

During the online webinar we will hear from a range of speakers from across the sector. You will also have the opportunity to pose questions to the panel during Q&A sessions.
